During registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify tumi88 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.2 KYC Verification

You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents (KTP, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot). Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed. 4.3 Account Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

tumi88 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though in rare cases processing may take up to 15 minutes depending on your bank or payment provider. tumi88 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not the primary holder, or anonymous payment methods are prohibited. Any deposits originating from sources other than your verified payment method may be returned, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Most withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside Indonesian banking hours or on weekends and public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year, Indonesian Independence Day, and other recognized holidays) may experience delays until the next business day.

tumi88 reserves the right to conduct security checks on withdrawal requests and may request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 10,000,000) or unusual withdrawal patterns. We also reserve the right to reverse any withdrawal if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5.3 Responsible Gaming Limits

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, tumi88 allows users to set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through their account settings. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

• Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%) or not at all.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds, typically Rp 50,000 per bet. Exceeding the maximum bet may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Abuse of bonuses through systematic betting patterns, hedging, or other advantage-play strategies may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

• tumi88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or exclude users from future promotions at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fairness

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tumi88 platform and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or payment methods; providing false identity documentation; identity theft; or any form of payment fraud.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to abuse bonuses, circumvent betting limits, or gain unfair advantage.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.2 Termination by tumi88

tumi88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Prolonged account inactivity (no login for 12+ months)
• At our sole discretion if we believe continued service poses risk to the platform or other users

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. Legitimate balances from non-fraudulent play will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, chargebacks, or bonuses.

10. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers
